as traveling is in Buenos Aires, about his new article in North America,

the Distinguished Peer Reviewed Journal for Unam, the Autonomous University of Mexico. In this

instance Joe looks very carefully at the Biden administration's policy of

open borders and how it is out of time he explains in a moment.

Well, I mean, in politics there's always controversy, but I think, John, you may mention a great point,

which is I think that the Biden administration, if you take away all the politics and all the rhetoric

I think fundamentally the failure of the Biden administration is trying to impose a vision in a policy that's antiquated to what the world might have been in the

1990s but it's not adequate to the what the world is facing today. The idea of

open borders may be made some sense back in the 1990s when there wasn't major threats that were emancipated

throughout the world.
