The Chinese approach, according to a Financial Times column, and Brendan supports the conclusion,

is based upon a practical application. That would be

applications, that would be surveillance, that would be documentation, that would be keeping

control of information. Two approaches using the same methodology of large language models and the same kinds of chips,

though there is an advantage right now to the U.S. side because of NVIDIA,

but over these decades and centuries ahead of us, those early starts will be even now.

So it's not just what equipment or software you have.

It might be how you think about artificial intelligence

and what you want from it.
