How do the Europeans think about America

as a provider of defense or not?

she's living in Berlin, she lives in Berlin, commenting on the European Union vote early June and its regard toward the American

generally would like they like the Democrats The Europeans then sort of go hot and cold over the war on Syria and Obama didn't abide by his red lines.

The Europeans are in complaining mode no matter who's in the White House and the complaining about

Biden now over the Israel-Gazewor. But essentially this complaining is really a substitute or an excuse for not looking at the own defence and security house inside the European Union.

And it shows that on the one hand, yes, Europeans must do more to defend themselves and look out to the Balkans and Ukraine.

But on the other hand, deep down, America will always defend the Europeans.

So this is a no-win situation for the Europeans. So this is a no win situation for the Europeans because they're not

willing to take collective responsibility for their own security defense and no matter

who's in the White House they will complain but no matter who's in the White House

they take it for granted that the security umbrella provided by the United States
