Preston Spradlin is the head men's basketball coach with James Madison University. Prior to arriving at JMU in March of 2024, Spradlin spent the previous nine seasons at Morehead State where he led his team to two NCAA Tournament berths, including this past season of 2023-24.  

Today on the podcast, Preston Spradlin shares about his new role with James Madison. He emphasizes the importance of making a move that aligns with personal and professional goals and the impact it has on the entire coaching staff and their families. Spradlin shares his experience of navigating the coaching carousel and the distractions it can bring.
