Action Air One flew over the scene after members of a U.S. Marshal's task force fatally shot a murder suspect as they tried to take him into custody around 10 a.m. Tuesday. Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister says the suspect fired at law enforcement, two Tampa police officers and a Polk County deputy who are members of the task force fired back killing the suspect. He has no regard for human life, not even a family member, and he shoots across the inside of the car out the window trying to strike the Polk County Sheriff's deputy.

The officer involved shooting happened near the intersection of Magnolia Park Boulevard and Canopy Oak Lane and Riverview.

The Sheriff's Office says the task force was running surveillance on 39-year-old Don Robert Aster.

Authorities say he was a gang member and the task force was attempting to serve a warrant for a 2009 homicide in New York.

Late Tuesday that Acura was towed from the scene.

Their sole purpose is a take a warrant

of some of the most dangerous individuals,

And they're tasked with the tremendous responsibility

of going to place those individuals

under arrest. The suspect's 19-year-old stepson who was driving is facing felony charges. Authorities

have not said how long the suspect may have been in the Tampa Bay area. No officers were
