Well, let's start with a conversation about Donald Trump's legal cases.

I mean the man's incredible. I don't know if you saw this morning he's going into

court and there are construction workers there and they start cheering and he goes over and shakes their hands.

Can you imagine Joe Biden or for that matter, literally anyone else in politics in America being able to do that. I mean you just Aaron Judge

maybe? You know I can think of a few athletes but not a politician, a president.

They wouldn't do that for anybody else.

They loved him and he was clearly feeding off of them

The New York Times at an editorial today that said it shocked me this is the New York Times not the New York Times, not the New York Post, the very liberal New York Times, and it said something to the effect of, we thought the case against Trump was an error or an error in judgment. Now we think it's a

historic mistake. That is what's called the Hush Money case, which we'll get to in a moment.

But it is precluding his mandatory attendance

at that trial in Manhattan brought by Fat Alvin Bragg is precluding him from being

at the Supreme Court where his immunity case are the presidential immunity case.

By the way, it applies to more than just him, which we'll get to.

And we thought we better bring in the double-barreled big guns on this one and this is a situation that calls for a

mental giant professor Josh Blackwin of the South Texas College of Law

Professor so for non-lawyers, explain to us what this immunity case is about.
