There's something extra personal when you get a bad review left about you.

And it can happen if you're a business on Yelpshire.

But when you're an individual, you're a person and you rent someone's car on Toro or you stay at someone's place on Airbnb, and you think that you were good. You think you did all the things right. A lot of situations now where we're in a stranger's environment. Yeah. And then even as an Uber passenger, you're like, I thought I was great. And then you read sometimes you got a bad review and the reason you got the bad review. And it can actually be a real gut punch. On Uber, does it show you the actual review? I don't know if it still does. I feel like there was a time. I think you could definitely read reviews about drivers. I don't remember if you could read reviews about passengers. But I do remember there was when my wife would use my Uber to get, like, whenever she would use my account to get Uber, she was always the person that was like making them wait because she wanted to change her outfit five more times. And I would just watch my score go down and down and down. And I was like, this is unfair because I go so far out of my way. I'm standing outside. But I'll stand outside. It'll say you're out to be there nine minutes. I'll be standing outside waiting. I don't want to mess that up.

So I did Airbnbs on my trip. There were a couple of hotel situations, but for the most part, I did Airbnb's. And it was, for the most part, awesome. Hosts, they check in. They left little gift bags like, oh, here's some little Christmas ornaments and a Christmas tree and here's a little candle for you and bottle of wine and do you need anything and they've got all the coffee stocked and all this stuff, right?

We go to the first place, everything's great, leave a good review.

And I know it's important for the host to get good reviews so that they can continue getting bookings and all that stuff. The one in London's great. Then we move on to Germany. It's this little tiny town in Germany where it's like Christmas town, right? They have a Christmas museum. Everything's all Christmas. It's cobblestone streets and those little like peaked roof houses so we get to the Airbnb which is one

of those houses it's cute little snug you know all wooden and old timey all the words you're using

are usually problematic cute and snug cozy cozy right these are all the words one of them was chic

and then you end up in the jake shack in burbank you're like like, it's cute, it's cozy, it's chic. Right. Shack Sheik. But I had nothing to compare it to. It's my first time in Germany. I don't know what the hell the other places look like. So we get there. It's clean and everything, but there's no coffee and there's no shampoo and body, like all that stuff's out.

Like the bottles are there, but everything's out.

They probably go, oh, it's her. We don't need to put the soap out. She's filthy. I read the reviews. She doesn't bathe. Yeah, this great. We got this girl who's staying here who doesn't bathe at all. We can save money on shampoo this week. And I had seen in their little guest book that a family had just stayed there for like three weeks.

If the trash bins outside were already completely full to the brim, so there's no way I could even take out our trash, stuff like that. But I don't care. It's a nice stay. We're there for two nights. We're walking around little. And he didn't really explain that everything in that town was going be completely closed. I was like, hey, do you have any recommendations? A lot of the other hosts. How's that his job? Well, a lot of the other hosts will be like, hey, do you need help booking anything? Do you want recommendations? I had a couple questions for him because I was like, hey, are the Christmas market's going to be open? And he's like, very short answers, just like, yes, they'll'll be open till this time what time are you going to be there you know it's just all very what do you want from the guy
