Can the President save Obamacare?

Hello again, I'm Warren Alney, and this is To the Point from Public Radio International,

a daily look at the issue that Americans care about most. President Obama conceded today that his personal credibility is on the line because his

promises about the Affordable Care Act did not come true. So he's telling insurance companies

they can reissue those canceled policies people liked, even if they didn't comply with new

rules for benefits. Well, that smoothed the way for a program mired in computer problems and in political controversy?

Later on, Typhoon Haiyan coincides with a conference on climate change in Warsaw.

Will the industrialized countries pay for loss and damage in a warming world?

I completely get how upsetting this can be for a lot of Americans, particularly after assurances

they heard from me that if they had a plan that they liked, they could keep it.
