the family for more than 30 years as the 41st president's chief of staff. She chronicles that

What a privilege should be able to chat with you about this book.

Well, I am very intrigued by it. I love presidential biographies.

And the fact that you're taking on the post-presidency is a period that I think people don't know as much about.

And there's such a small club of individuals in the president's club and so few people who've experienced what it's like to go from that, you know,

most powerful man in the world status to somebody who travels around with just a much

smaller entourage.

Tell me about, you know, the days after the president lost to Bill Clinton.

What were those days like?
