This one feels precarious. What's going on there? This might be the shakiest one yet, Neil.

We have a, we're in the midst of the, you know, the typhoon season, and we've got one in here,

and it has been like 13, if you can believe this, 13 inches of rain just today. So we better talk fast

because I don't know how long this is going to hold out. All right. I enjoy the small talk,

but let's get on with it. And you know I love weather talk, Jeff. So actually, you know,

I could get, I could go down a weather wormhole here, but I'll try not to. Let's stay on track then lots of news to discuss of course the new league year opens march

the 17th really from this weekend it'll get going we'll see the deals being announced there's

already activity franchise tags have been placed on players they've been proposed trades that will be

ratified come march the 17th they've been res. So it's all kind of going on now.

And that kind of is another kind of warning we'll put on this podcast. Things date at this time

of year very quickly. But let's start with something we do know that's happened, Jeff.

Dak Prescott has signed a four-year deal, the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys, four years,

160 million, 126 million guaranteed.

Jeff, this is the bit that jumped out to me, $66 million signing bonus, and $75 million

of money in year one.
