On the last program, I was talking about the parable of the talents in Matthew 25 and the reality that the way we live our lives in this world, that's how we're judged.

0:14.8

In other words, we're saved by grace. We only get to heaven by grace. We only relate to Jesus based on grace.

0:21.6

No one is saved and no one has a relationship with Jesus based on their merit or their

men and women. And so our works here in this world, that's how we're going to be judged. In Matthew

0:49.3

Now we're going to pick up here in Matthew chapter 25, but I want to

1:28.6

show you something that you may have never seen before because this determines our eternity

1:33.7

and how we rule for eternity. This is Matthew chapter 25 beginning with verse 20. So he who had

1:39.1

received the five talents came and brought five other talents saying, Lord, you delivered to me five talents.

1:45.2

Look, I have gained five more talents beside them. He said to him, well done, good and faithful

1:50.1

servant. You were faithful over a few things. I will make you ruler over many things, enter into the

1:55.3

joy of your Lord. He also who had received the two talents came and said, Lord, you delivered to me
