0:07.0	Today, we're going to be talking to Alimit Dermott, pastor of Newspring Church in Greenville,
0:16.7	South Carolina.
0:17.7	If you listened to Prep Episode 2, you heard the story of how Lee challenged me to read
0:21.5	the Bible all the way through and how it changed my life.
0:24.8	At the time, I've been in full-time ministry for a few years as a musician and a writer
0:28.3	and a speaker, and Lee had mentioned that I should say very little on stage until
0:31.8	I'd read the whole Bible.
0:33.0	I was deeply convicted by the challenge to fill my head and my heart with all of God's
0:37.3	words before attempting to say much about it on stage.
0:40.3	I still count that conversation as one of the most important ones of my life.
0:44.6	If it weren't for him, I never would have launched D-group, the discipleship and Bible
0:47.7	study ministry I lead, which has now touched every populated continent and as even in
0:51.6	Spanish.
0:52.8	And I definitely wouldn't have started the Bible recap because I never would have fallen
0:56.1	in love with God and His Word.
0:58.2	So of course, I'm incredibly excited for you to hear from Lee and catch His passion
1:01.8	for the Word of God because it's definitely contagious.
