How do you talk about these issues, whether it's the detransition stuff that you've been looking into or some of the other kind of taboo topics that you research?

How do you talk about these things in real life, if at all? Like you know, you're at a dinner or a barbecue or a restaurant with

friends and people are talking about things and maybe you hear something from one of your

books you hear a line from taboo like one of the myths do you say anything do you just keep quiet what happens at that point

yeah so I mean there's there's a lot of this breaks down to what the group is so I think there

are two points here first of all most people think what I assume most people that

are listening to something from to Gen Speck would think,

which is that you don't want to be cruel and abusive to people, but that you obviously can't

change your sex race or other core identities.

So if I'm in a sort of working class environment, visiting buddies back home in Chicago or

Aurora, playing basketball, even playing golf at a munichourse, going to the barber shop.

I mean, I would just talk absolutely normally with very little restraint, unless someone

indicated that they were very passionate about these issues.

I mean, an example of this would be one important point here kind of just

simplify breaking the streamlining this a little bit one important point here is

that almost everyone agrees that the emperor has no clothes. Yeah.

When it comes to a lot of these sort of like left and right

going at it hardcore and the niche internet sort of issues,

you know, I actually posted a question about a line from one of Gad Sad's books on Twitter.

And the question was, do you agree that some women have nine inch penises?

Sad had taken this from an actual paper in the field of gender studies and just thought it was so ridiculous

He made fun of it within the first page or two of his book on what he calls brain parasites
