We talked to flight attendant Melissa Hodgkins and pilot Shannon Kiedrowski about their experiences working for Frontier, and senior staff attorney Galen Sherwin, about the lawsuit.

the airline industry and how your job eventually came into conflict with your decision to become a parent.

And maybe we can start with you, Shannon. I know that only 6% of commercial pilots are actually women. So

tell us about how you decided to get into this field. I can't say that there was ever a 100%

conscious decision. It just was in my blood. I was a kid that loved airplanes, loved everything

aviation. And because my parents encouraged that love,
