I'm doing very well. I'm back home, back from Laguna Beach. And I had a moment where I was very, I felt very old manish. And I'm walking through and Lagoonne Beach is just gorgeous. And just everybody's happy. Everybody's in such great shape. I feel just'm, I feel just like, Andre the Giant out there. Like, I just feel so tall and so big out there. I've been out for five years, man. Oh, I, I felt like that way in the Bay Area at Laguna Beach. I was like, I haven't seen anyone else over six feet tall. And I'm just towering over everybody. But I was, I had such a bitter moment. I'm watching just these happy people go through and they're just having their coffee and they're with their kids who have their surfboards that are about the, they just finish their morning stuff. And I was like, you, you guys got to go through one Minnesota winter. Like I just, this is too much happiness. You guys are way too happy. You have not gone through what I went through there's soft people yes it was like you guys are too perfectly tanned everything's

evenly tanned everyone's happy too many smiles I see too many teeth but I am doing very well it was

it was a great way to start out my training camp by going to a beautiful area and see a couple

fun practices over there too I'm in Indianapolis Indiana right now and I have two bits of news for you that are very important. I'm excited. One, Anthony Richardson apparently looks great. He had another really good practice today when I was there. They had a scrimmage last night under the lights. He apparently was awesome. So things are trending in a pretty good direction about as well as they could for him right now.

I'm very excited about getting to watch him this fall.
