Peter is going to help us understand this story because I just read Reuters reporting that the

New York Times reported that the White House is telling us something that the New York Times

says the study says. very confusing but Peter's been

a master of this for some time. Peter I live outside of Washington DC so I

don't entirely understand the word not when it shows up in a paragraph
