Chang at Gordon G. Chang. And we're very pleased to celebrate the Olympics just concluded with a spectacular

exit Tom Cruise starring of course. The French did a wonderful extravagant job very

very carefully presented and the young people are wonderful to see.

They are the 21st century.

Inside this all however was an ugliness and we're very pleased to welcome our colleagues, Steve Yates, chair of the America First Policy Institute's China Policy Initiative.

To help explain the misconduct of the Chinese Communist Party and its agents in some fashion in the

audience for events. I'm thinking of two events in particular table tennis and badminton.

What I heard and I did not see the clips.

What I heard was that there were unknown bullies in some fashion tearing down Taiwanese flags being held aloft like every other country holds its flags aloft when it wins or when it's in competition to cheer on its side.

A variety of flags all everywhere.

But the story is that the Taiwan flags were torn down

or intimidated or threatened in some fashion and and the only people people would want to do that are Chinese agents

it reminds me of those big shoulder guys back in the 08 Olympics when people would show up,

but remember when they carried the flame around the world that visited all the cities?

And these big bullies would show up and elbow people out of the way and make sure that there

was no interruption in their accompaniment of the flame when it went through China.

Is it the same lot, the same thinking?

China's are nothing in what, 16 years?

Well, John, this was an extraordinary act

of censorship and propaganda, and it was done in the name of the International Olympic
