encroachments and aggressions in East Asia, they seem to fall back on this preferred approach of dialogue and believing

that some kind of cooperation and interaction with China will lead to narrowing of differences and maybe a resolution of problems.

And so I take that statement as basically no new thought on new circumstances, whether it's sheing ping being a different kind of
