Gordon, the Chinese stock market is behaving pretty much like a pop-up doll.

You know, the kind of jack-in-the-box that you wind it up, it plays a kind tune and then,

boom, you get scared however the Chinese right now have come from a low so these

gains the report that I have is 4% on the last day of the third quarter, 16% in five days.

Suggest something funny going on.

What's that, Gordon?

Well, John, the markets are reacting to announcements by various parts of the Chinese Central Government,

which are broadly under the category of stimulus.

The most important of these stimulus measures was announced by the Central Bank of China, the People's Bank.

And this was the lowering of rates and a signaling that there would be more rate lowering.

And the markets just loved it.

Foreigners are pouring in.

Some of the locals are taking profits.

But this is a party, the fastest rising market in the world at this moment.
