Leadership and Strategy. The confirmed downed surveillance balloon off the coast of South

Carolina. We're told carriage sensors that are consistent with with surveying. For example,

the ICBM Missile Base in Montana or Stratcom in Nebraska or the B2 base in Missouri or

a recent report in the early stages of its journey over Guam, which is the front line

in the event of a catastrophe in Asia and a war over Taiwan.

Jeff balloons at 60,000 feet are our surveillance mechanism, but there was a two, three and

four episode that are not characterized, not confirmed.

What we have here is a mystery. The American people want an answer to what is your best
