Return to Isolation.

Not only about the Chinese economy that is struggling badly after they failed COVID-0

policies and the worldwide pandemic, but also Gordon, you have great interest.

Please go ahead.

Ann has been pioneering in this area and that is that municipalities across China,

in rural areas and in prosperous urban ones, are not able to meet their basic civil obligations

to people.

So, they're not providing services, whether it's teacher salaries or whether it's call

for heating.

This is a systemic problem.

It hasn't been reported yet and has been doing great work on this and that's why I think

that it's important more than ever to listen to what she's been saying about on the ground

reporting in China.

And teachers are not being paid.

Please help us understand.

I mean, it's very hard to get a macro sense of this, but this is something that people

complain about fairly widely.

And do you see reports from Shen Zhen, Dong Guan and other pro river delta areas which are

supposed to be wealthy, which are wealthy?
