And since last we spoke, I've heard anecdotes that are very unhappy about the consumer

class in China, buying gold and keeping it in their backyards or their floorboards or anywhere that can't be confiscated.

At the same time, the Pollittboro, according to this headline, is going to signal to boost the economy. What does that mean? How does that translate? Good

Good evening, John. You know, I think the problem for the Pollitturo, what I sense from this communique is that they're hearing

from local governments and the governments are saying, help us, help us, things are really

going badly.

So they say, okay, so you know, stimulate consumption, give

more taxes to the localities. Well, the problem is that they're stuck between the

sort of cilla and coribdis of Chinese government structure and declining economy.

So they want to improve the economy, but they really just can't do it with the sort of structure they're given so you know they make
