So a theater range dual-capable delivery system is parlance for describing a set of delivery systems that can hit certain ranges.

And so a theater range is between 500 to 5,500

kilometer. So anything that can be delivered across those distances would be considered

theater range. A dual capable simply means that those systems can deliver both conventional

warheads. They can also deliver nuclear warheads. And depending
