You will all recall that within these last days the People's Republic of China announced the launch

of an ICBM, announced beforehand, and also provided information about where parts of the ICBM would fall, firing it

toward the Pacific Ocean, over the eastern Asia waterways. We welcome Rick Fisher of the International Eastern Asia Waterways.

We welcome Rick Fisher of the International Assessment Strategy Center who's done us all the favor

of charting where this ICBM fell into the sea.

He also has provided a picture of the ICBM itself. It is
