in these last hours from Defense One.

Air Force won't buy high-personning missiles in 2024.

Subhead, the service will spend the next year

continuing to develop and test two candidate weapons.

I welcome Rick Fisher to help me understand this,

especially in light of the Defense Intelligence Agency,

communicating to lawmakers in Washington most recently,

that China and Russia are both testing

hypersonic weapons, some of which can penetrate

our best defenses.
