approached a Chinese ship resulting in a slight collision after it, quote,

illegally intruded, end quote, into waters near second Thomas Shoal,

a charge that Manila rejected as, quote, deceptive and misleading.

over these last months. Rebecca, a very good day to you. We're going to the G7 statement about China and Russia, but we begin with, you know, you march to the sound of gunfire. This looks like a collision, something that's been threatened before by Chinese Coast

Guard so-called, and the Philippines is responding by saying we were deliberately blocked from resupply of our

deployment in the South China Sea. Why now why this Rebecca are we looking at People's Republic of China that doesn't know what

That means that they bombed, neither was seriously damaged.

But this is never supposed to happen in maritime operations.
