Thank you John and firstly thank you for the opportunity to discuss this timely important topic from our perspective

Data center is the underlying real estate asset, so the physical housing of network servers that propel data application.

So it's the wires and routers and servers and the

building that houses them that makes our IT driven economy work.

So the applications that you use on your telephone

or on a computer are transmitting data that needs to be processed

and the is sort of the internet-based interface that draws on the processing that happens on the

ground in a data center.
