has been really big in my life in the last few years. After having five babies, dealing with

hormonal imbalances, thyroid issues, fatigue is something I am very familiar with. And throughout

the last few weeks, I've been experiencing a little bit of fatigue again.

I've had, I've gone backwards and had some trouble sleeping, which is just life. We deal with

different stresses, sickness, things can bring out sleep issues and stress and fatigue and issues

like that. It can bring those out again. And so as I've been dealing with

those all of a sudden again, I'm reminded how much better equipped I am to deal with those issues
