So let's work in reverse order, shall we?

1:27.0

So far, so far, these have been the

1:30.8

position groups of tiers, if you will. This is how I would rank Tennessee's position groups

1:36.4

so far in 2025. We will start with number 10 at the bottom. And that is I'm combining the

1:42.9

safeties and the star position. Okay. And honestly,

1:46.3

it's more safeties than anything. Like if I were going to separate safeties and star,

1:51.3

I might put star at like number eight, eight or nine, eight out of 11. But safety's kind of bring it down a little bit. I think the star play has been, I think J-Lamem-Murie's had a good fine year. I think J-Lamac-Murie's playing well. I think Boo Carter, his last six quarters of defense, has been really good. So that's encouraging, no doubt. Safety's just not been good enough. They're playing way too many snaps in Turrentine and Farooke. And I don't like that Tennessee's kind of falling back down into the, I'm going to play two safeties for 90 snaps. And again, I think Farooke brings a lot to the table. Turntine's done some nice things. Jaila McCullough did a lot of good things. And he was there at Tennessee, Trayvon Flowers, Wesley Walker, like all these guys did good things, but when you're playing 90 snaps a football game, in the second half, you're tired. You're not, your burst isn't the same, you get sloppy with your technique, your angles are poor, like that's just the nature of the And sometimes you fight through that and you're fine, sometimes it gets the best of you. And so I think from that perspective, I don't like the fact that, you know, there's not a whole lot of depth there. They tried to force Caleb Beasley into it early and it doesn't feel like he's really a part of the rotation. Only eight snaps in Starkville. Safety play's got to get better.

3:08.4

Angles, coming downhill on the angles for tackling and run support, not being good. Too many

busting back in, it's a lot of people, but the throw to Aden Williams when he was wide open
