More than 99% of closings are done by brokers. So, network with great brokers in your markets to get good deals. The people who build the biggest real estate portfolios are the ones who come across and analyze a large number of deals every single week. It’s about the deal flow. Do not lose sight of the forest for the trees! If a property looks to be a high-potential one, don’t just lose the deal for the finer elements such as minor repairs or other such issues.
