favorite soul cycle instructor and you have in for years yeah So you are a sole instructor.

Yeah, I am a sole instructor.

I've been at a sole cycle for almost six years going on,

which is crazy that I've been able to hold a job for that long.

How did you like become a sole instructor?

I mean to make a long story like a little shorter,

basically I've always like struggled with my weight and when my mom passed away a little over five years ago

I had been to Soul Cycle once or twice before but I never really loved it. I hated it to be honest.

And after my mom passed, I was like in a really dark head space

and my best friend worked at a studio.

And I started going again.

I went to like my third class.
