I am joined, as always always by my friend and colleague

from stadium, Michael Felder, and we are bringing in our good friend and colleague at the athletic,

Chris Vanini, to break down the big news in college football. We had a week two firing at one of the marquee places, one of the Blue Bloods in

college football. Clay Hilton is out at USC Newsbroke on Monday, and Chris is our guru for all

things. Coaching changes and the market, really. And so we wanted to bring you in before we get into

anything else from the weekend that was and week three that's coming up as we talk here on

Power Hour, where we talk about the biggest stories in college football in an hour or less. So,

Chris, hello? Good to be here.

So, Chris, let's just get right into it.

You know, Clay Helton is out.

It's been a while since USC has had a real full search, which I want to get into.

But also just let's start with this.

How good is this job right now and how good

is this job supposed to be? I mean, this should be a top five job in America, really. You're in

Southern California. There's so much talent there. The Pac-12 is not a behemoth like the SEC, so you should

be able to win it, especially your division,

almost every year. And the facilities are pretty good. They should pay pretty good. I mean,

Clay Elton was making, I think, around $5 million or more for a guy who hadn't won all that much.

So, yeah, USC has everything to offer. And, you know, almost every coach in America is going to be interested in this job, and they should be.
