Asking the American people and the Congress its representatives

or great deal of money for the arsenal of democracy,

that ringing phrase from FDR, fighting the Second War,

two or three generations ago.

But the Wall Street Journal said,

what we all thought while we watched the address,

he, Mr. Biden, is frail, good for him.

He's a healthy 80 year old, he served his term,

he's done very well given the continuity

that is not possible in this office these days

with the partisanship in Washington.

And the disorder in Europe and Asia,

however frail, not for a second term,

is one way to interpret it.
