with approximately a hundred days until there is a new administration in Washington. The

Biden administration is dealing with three threatening scenarios. The first,

Ukraine, the undergunned and outman Ukrainian front line, and the victory plan brought

by President of Ukraine, Mr. Zelensky to Washington some days passed, not embraced by the Biden administration,

including immediate access to NATO, immediate access to the EU, immediate funding of a rebuilding perhaps as much as a trillion dollars, and the

permission to use long-range strike weapons such as the one given to Ukraine by the United Kingdom to strike into Russia. None of those

things were endorsed by the Biden administration. Mr. Selensky were told

then traveled to Germany, but he was unable to meet with the NATO chief,

which is because Mr. Biden couldn't be there because of the hurricane disasters in America. So instead Mr. Zelensky went to Number 10

Downing and set with the new Prime Minister and the head of NATO. This is not consequential in any fashion to end the story or to move the story.
