recovering politician writing in American greatness, observing a conversation that I've had for several years

with a colleague of mine, Michael Vlegos, we call it Londinium Chronicles.

We are First Century AD entertaining ourselves, Equis Class, citizens living in London, London at the time, Roman Britain.

And Thaddeus is writing very generously towards our conversations which are great from.

The game is we can see history right up to the 21st century,

but there's a wall after that we can't see through.

So we spend our time drawing analogies. The analogy to be drawn today is a very easy

one, straightforward, an attempted assassination of the former president of

United States, Mr. Trump, on his golf course in Florida.

There is a suspect, we're told by the reporting that he will be charged locally and that federal charges are likely.

His name is Ruth, he's 58 years old, we're told.

He is a man who's been identified with various causes left of center.

Anti-Israel and pro-Ukraine is one short version.

I have not investigated. I've just seen what's flashing across the

media. However, all of this suggests that there's a connection in some fashion to the

shooting of a congressman, the majority whip who is now the minority whip,

Scalise of Louisiana. That is a very good evening to you. You served with

Mr. Scalise. That shooting I had forgotten what year it was you remembered vividly.

It was a practice for a baseball game you were always very good in.

And the shooter, I don't't recall you tell me he's deceased at the

scene what was his profile I don't recall all of it he was left of center good
