It rates presidents from Jack Kennedy until the present and finds Joe Biden at the bottom

with Richard Nixon. In fact, for poor performance, he outpoles Richard Nixon. Now, Joe Biden hasn't

left office yet, but I've seen remarks from some, you'd have to say, not pro-Republican sources such as Bloomberg and F.T.

Regarding Mr. Biden's time in office as either radical or progressive or left, you can pick one,

depending upon where you're standing.

And I see in your column, Liz, there was a moment early on in Mr. Biden's presidency, I believe

he said it was 10 months in, where he gathered together popular historians who all strategized

how to make him the new FDR. Was he as difficult to deal with then as he is now, and I'm referring to his inability to remember what he's doing?

Well, actually, it was much earlier than it was like the third month or second month he was in office.

This was his plan was to be a consequential if and great president.

And he wanted to tap the collective wisdom of these

presidential historians to find out how he could do that. John, I think he was delusional at that

point. And he's even more delusional now because he has said in recent days that he thought he could

win, he thought he could have won

the election beaten Donald Trump. When you look at the polling that Joe Biden had during the last

year, last 12 months, he never was ahead of Donald Trump. In April, 72% of the country answered a CBS poll

and said he was not mentally capable of being president. I don't think those 72% of the country answered a CBS poll and said he was not mentally capable of being president.

I don't think those 72% of the people were going to go out and vote for a guy that they thought was mentally declining.
