Well, we just saw some history.

I don't know that it counts because it's a preseason game,

and it's not real basketball.

It is fake basketball.

But the Knicks in their 75-year history, as it were, or 74-year history, have never taken

more than 51-3s in a game until tonight when they just took 52, thanks to Quentin Grimes, made a late three-pointer with,

I guess, under 30 seconds left to give them 24 made threes on the night, on 52 attempts.

The only time that the Knicks have ever taken more than 51, or sorry, more than 50

attempts previously was in 2017 in a four overtime game against Atlanta.

Their previous record for most in a regulation game was 47.

So all this is to say it's preseason, guys were firing away.

But at the same time, I think it's notable that, you know, I wrote about this a few weeks
