I'm Stuart Mandel, joined, as always by Bruce Feldman for a Thursday edition for a few reasons.

We've got both have a story up on the athletic on Thursday that we wanted to talk about.

But first, you were in Scottsdale for a few days, all the

hobnobbing and the networking that goes on there. I wasn't able to join this year. What were

some of the highlights? As you said, there was a lot of media there, maybe not as much as athletic

people as we normally had, but it was Andy,le and chris finini were all there as well

and i had a bunch of my fox sports colleagues but it's you know it's one of these things where

this year there weren't as there were hardly any big 10 coaches there because there weren't

big 10 coaches meetings as there normally are um there were still a few guys who showed up from the conference.

You didn't have coaches from Texas and OU at the big 12 meetings.

You didn't have Lincoln,

Ronnie and Chip Kelly from the PAC 12 meetings.

You know, you did have.

They're already being shut out a year in advance.

Well, it was like almost what's the

point of that at that point because they are you know a lot of that stuff is looking long term

at different things some of the discussions that i thought you know that i was told were interesting

in these meetings were everything from looking from the leadership of of you know ad is looking about

what does um you know, AD is looking about what does,

um, you know, what does the, what does the product on TV or on your computer look like? How are

these challenges streaming versus, you know, the traditional models that we were so accustomed to?
