We just wrapped up exclusive interviews.

We had Congress on Adam Schiff.

He's of course a member of the January 6th Select Committee.

We had New Hampshire Governor Chris Sonunu who talked about his decision not to seek the

Republican nomination for the Senate.

I also interviewed Brian D. He's essentially the president's chief economist.

He's the director of the White House's National Economic Council.

I'm sitting right here now with my colleague NBC News Congressional Correspondently and

called well.

We're going to talk a little bit about the show that just wrapped up.

She was on the panel.

So whether she want to do it, watch the show or not, she had to.

I'm teasing.

Look, my biggest takeaway was on inflation, sort of three different takeaways on inflation.

The White House doesn't have a short-term policy response and they're going with Bill

back better and they're trying to double down on, hey, we're here to solve long-term problems.

That is a strategy.

We'll see if it works.

As far as the world of Adam Schiff, the fact that they're not yet committed to a criminal

charge against Mark Meadows to me says something.
