up, we had exclusive interviews with the White House Chief Staff Ron Clay, the newly

re-elected Governor New Jersey Phil Murphy, and the man in charge of the Republican Senate

campaign committee for 2022. It was Senator Rick Scott of Florida, I'm sitting here now.

The Press Executive Producer, John Reese, for Return, and Carrie Budeauf Brown. I may know

her from such stance as Editor-in-Chief of the Politico. But I'm going to call it the

Politico because, you know, we don't work here. You don't work there anymore. She's now

the Senior Vice President of all things Meet the Press. Welcome, Carrie.

love this show. So which means I don't know if anybody else did, but I was happy with

it because it felt like a good post-election show. Here in from the White House Chief of

Staff, Phil Murphy, my big takeaways was they wanted to say they hear you. Kitchen

table is a drinking game. Now if you have the Phil Murphy situation. And then there's Rick

Scott who really wanted to find a way to downplay the influence of Donald Trump without alienating

Donald Trump. I think Len Youngkin does a better version of that than Rick Scott does, but those

were sort of my three quick takeaways with probably the lead takeaway being sort of

wrong claim admitting they got a they've got to talk and they've got a message more and they've

got a show boaters that they're getting things done. What did you guys hear, John?

I find it remarkably all week long we've heard this from Democrats ever since Wednesday morning.
