podcast with me your host Patrick Smith after Liverpool's 3-1 victory of a

Bormuth in the Premier League. The first win of the Red season and the school

land doesn't necessarily reflect the swashbuckling chaotic match that

unfolded at Anfield today.

Bormuth took a shock early lead after having their initial opener ruled out by the offside flag and Anton Semenya fired home to stun the unfilled crowd. Worry not though is the acrobatic Louis Diaz was on hand to equalise before Dominic Suboshil was brought down for a penalty with most

Sala missing the initial spot kick but volying home the rebound.

Into the second half and I have absolutely no idea how on earth that was given as a

red card on Alexis McAllister, but I'm sure our brilliant

guests will delve much further into this point, but I personally just don't see the point

in VAR if they can't ever turn that.

But were not, even with 10 men, Diego Jota turned up to slot home and round off the 3-1 victory for the Reds,

which will now bring you plenty of further reaction to with our star-studdied show.
