In this episode, I talk about why commitment truly starts with the leader. If you want a committed team, it’s up to you, as the leader, to lead the way. I’ll share why your commitment is the catalyst for your team’s success, and how your example can ignite commitment in everyone around you. I’ll also give you a simple but powerful exercise to help you and your team reflect on your level of commitment and what it takes to get to a 10. Remember, when you commit first, your team will follow. Let’s choose to raise our level of commitment today and accomplish something great together.
