The Browns will report for training camp and in less than two weeks, we will be on a plane headed to the Green Briar, July the 22nd to officially kick off Brown's training camp for the 2023 season.

The construction at the cross country mortgage campus continues. And I am, I might be sitting in sawdust right now. So that's not good for that's not good for you.

No, it's not great, but we're making do and making the most of things here. And I can't, I told you earlier last night, I'm sitting there and I'm like, I cannot believe 10 days went by.

10 days in the blink of an eye, buddy. It is, it is crazy that it's here. I feel like I've got a million things to do over the next 10 days.

Yep. Before we depart for the green briar. It is, it is here. Ready or not. And away we go for the 2023 season.

No, you're right. I mean, that's really what it is. I'm already a year older. I feel older since the last time we talked. And in fact, I am. It was, I had a great week. How was your birthday, buddy?

Birthday was great. Got to go to the pool. The weather was actually good that day on Tuesday. And then made a bunch of ribs and some smoked pork tenderloins and had everybody over. And so it was, it was great. We felt very happy to celebrate with everybody, you know, friends and family. And so it was that part of it. It was absolutely wonderful. Nothing wrong with that at all.

I decided I would play 36 holes on the holiday year last year. Yeah, it was hot. It was hot.

So is there a birthday gift this year? Was there a was there a best moment or best gift?

So we had watched this thing on, it's on, it's on, what's it now? The Disney, it's on the Disney app. So we were watching the Disney app and there's a series with Chris Hemsworth about doing like crazy things.

And one of it was taking all these cold plunges. So Kayla got me, we're going to do like these like some cryo. And then like hot sauna and then cry. And it's supposed to be like the extreme hot and cold. So I'm interested in that. I'm curious about it. So that'll be good.

My mom always comes through with very nice gifts. And then the kids wrote like for me, all at this point, I just want kind meaningful cards. You know, that's what I'm the most excited about. And they absolutely love.

They sent me that they wrote me the nicest card. So that was like, that's all that's what you care about, you know, at this point, whatever.

If there's something like that hopefully gets something, you know what I mean?
