And we had talked about this instrument, we did defensive tackles yesterday on the show.

And we said in various different ways, the ice couldn't be more thin for Perry on Winfrey.

And then I said, give me the exact quote, I know you have.

For sure, I said he's a 99% roster lock with the 1% being, he can't get out of his own way.

And something big happens.

And within 24 hours of that statement being made, the 1% happened.

And maybe I was being silly or naive in my 1% stance on that.

But he's done it and he has been released.

And look, when you're the senior ball MVP as he was, and you go in the fourth round,

when you have the tape that he does and the athleticism and skills that he does,

it's because there were concerns about your ability to capitalize on your talent.

And now I hope for Perry on because I actually very much liked him when I chance to talk to him that these mistakes and whatever appeared to have happened there seems bad.

And I'm happy that the Browns acted quickly.
