1:14.0	Lillard was hurt, Lillard then ended up finishing the season, they traded away McCullum and Covington and Powell, didn't really aim to get better in those deals just shedding some salary and that sort of stuff.
1:26.0	And it didn't work out, I'm sorry, it worked out perfectly for what they were trying to do in terms of being terrible, but it didn't work out good in terms of being good.
1:34.0	If you know what I mean, in terms of draft picks, their situation's a little bit complicated.
1:40.0	At the moment they have the sixth pick.
1:43.0	I am recording this before we know who makes the NBA playoffs.
1:47.0	They could very well get the New Orleans Palakins pick, but if the Palakins don't make the playoffs.
1:54.0	So if they do make the playoffs, they don't get the pick.
1:58.0	If it finishes between five and 14, so in the playoffs without jumping into the lottery, then the Blazers will get that pick.
2:06.0	But if New Orleans makes the playoffs, then they don't get that selection.
2:10.0	So they're going to have their pick, which is at the moment the sixth worst odds or six best odds for the lottery, but that could also drop down to 10.
