I started talking about how to find God's will,

had to talk about how it's not up to us to choose our own thing.

When we were still in our mother's womb,

God wrote everything about us in a book.

He gave us total freedom as to whether or not it comes to pass.

He doesn't force it. But he had a plan for you, and it freedom as to whether or not it comes to pass. He doesn't

force it. But he had a plan for you, and it's not up to you to do your own thing and ask God to

bless it. You need to find out what God's plan is. And then we talked about how you have to

renew your mind by the Word of God, Romans chapter 12, verses one and two. And then this morning,

I was using Moses as an example that even though

he knew what God's will for him was, he thought he could accomplish it in his own strength and

under his own power, and he totally messed up God's plan. He cost himself 40 years in the wilderness.

That was not God's will. He cost the children of Israel

30 years extra bondage in Egypt that was not God's will. And likewise, many of us have probably

had a leading or an impression from the Lord, but then we get out and we try and do it in our own strength. We are our own

worst enemy. Your flesh, your self-dependency is the biggest hindrance that you will ever face.

I'm all for blaming the devil, for everything we can blame the devil for. But you know what? I think

sometimes the devil looks at us and takes notes.

Things like, I never thought of that. I never thought I'm messing up a person's life this way.
