Of course, of course, we're really excited to learn more about Net Vote and what you're doing

over there.

So why don't you give us an overview of Net Vote?

Sure.

So Net Vote is an open source source interoperable blockchain voting protocol.

I guess the jargon term in there is interoperable and what that means from our perspective

is that it'll be developed in different blockchain solutions, so not just one.

So the point of the voting protocol and the associated D.

is that governments, corporations, and organizations can use the voting

protocol to better engage voters and there's not necessarily a specific

target for the type of election that could be used that, you know, net vote could support.

So often people think about government elections and they think about voting, but there's actually quite a bit of

voting activity and other types of group decision-making systems so the open source

protocol would support a variety of different feature functionality to allow any kind of group decision-making

system to build an application that would work for their governance and their voting
