So, welcome and let's begin the proceedings. Here's where we seem to be.

The trucker's freedom convoy, resolving peacefully, at least on the ambassador bridge,

that is now clear and commerce, once again, moving between Canada and the United States.

We're told some two dozen protesters were arrested over the past 24 hours,

but in Ottawa, some eight hours driving time from the ambassador bridge,

the freedom convoy protests go on and good for the truckers who are demonstrating against

vaccine mandates and an imperious authoritarian government. And they're all too precious and

princely prime minister Justin Trudeau, who is an insufferable preening popngay and reliably

useless. All he has to do is say, no more mandates. Get on with it, Mr. Trudeau. Turning to Russia,

and it's strong man, Vladimir Putin, there is no word of an invasion of Ukraine, not yet,

not even as President Joe Biden would have it a minor incursion. That's a bit like my

grandfather, Dr. Dobzius, to say of surgery. Someone else's surgery may be minor, but your own is

always major. Putin, despite the view from the White House and corporate news media, has already

accomplished much without so much aspiring a single shot. And the Whittlest West has been oblivious

as he's carried out de facto annexations of Belarus, where he already has 30,000 of his troops,
