We are in the middle of what is to me a fascinating and important series called For the Love

of Exploring Our Faith.

We are talking to faith leaders across the spectrum from different traditions and different

perspectives and from a variety of places and theologies and it's been so, so, so interesting.

And I think you're going to love today's interview.

Our guest today is Joshua Dubois and he's probably one of our country's top voices on

community partnerships, on religion in the public square and specifically on issues impacting

African-Americans and people of color.

So this is what Josh and I are going to dial in today.

He led the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships in President

Obama's first term.

In fact, he was called the President's Pastor in Chief by time magazine and he spearheaded

the White House's work on responsible fatherhood and grassroots community partnerships, religion

and foreign affairs and he brought together leaders from across the ideological spectrum

and it's just really fascinating work.
