1:00.4	a downer. It's our Christmas special. But that's the truth, right? And we have to address this.
1:06.0	This is why we started our podcast. It's called Politics by Faith. The idea is I am too anxious about the news.
1:16.1	I get too anxious. Everyone I talk to is anxious. All my friends, my wife, everyone. We're very worried
1:20.9	about the future. Not just the economy, although yes, but just the state of things.
1:29.2	And I don't want to feel like that anymore.
1:35.1	To the podcast, we tell the story that is in the news, that's bringing anxiety, and then we share some history to give us perspective and then a Bible story or two to give us the truth.
1:40.3	And then in the end, the anxiety goes away and you feel better, ready to take on the next day.
